Ponybox uses multiple security features to protect accounts. If you are having problems accessing your account you can Click Here to have your username and password emailed to you by entering your email address used for the account. If you can't retrieve your login information using the Forgot Password form then you can email Ponybox at: support@ponybox.com Important: To ensure a quick response you need to include your username and the server that your account is on (Morgan, Paint or Pegasus). Entering a wrong username or address more than 3 times will display a validation form as shown below.
